*RETURNS POLICY: Strictly 7 days from receipt of purchase. All items must be returned unused/unworn and in original condition & packaging. All postage costs for incorrect size will be incurred by the consumer. A ‘POSTAGE PAID’ return satchel must be included with returned items or an exchange cannot be performed. For refunds, once goods have been received & inspected, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you’ll receive funds back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institute. All refunds will be less processing fees and the percentage of the fees will depend on your chosen payment method. *This policy also applies to all Pop-up Shop purchases.

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email, please check your junk mail if you have not received it. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.50 AUSTRALIA WIDE and $22.50 to NEW ZEALAND with the exception of *BULK ORDERS. *ALL BULK ORDERS must be emailed through to info@bagitrg.com for a shipping quote. Your order will not be processed otherwise. *BULK ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE MORE THAN 2 OF THE SAME PIECE OF EQUIPMENT – I.E. BALLS, CLUBS, ROPES, HOOPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON DESTINATION.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES-International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. BAG IT RG is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
